Direct Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering and Documentation
§ Engage with stakeholders to understand, gather, and prioritize business requirements.
§ Document detailed functional and technical requirements for IT solutions.
§ Conduct feasibility analysis, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and technical capabilities.
2. Solution Design and Validation
§ Collaborate with technical teams to design IT solutions that meet business requirements.
§ Provide recommendations on system improvements, customizations, and best practices.
§ Evaluate multiple solutions to recommend the most effective and efficient approach.
3. Process Improvement and Optimization
§ Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
§ Lead process reengineering initiatives and suggest strategies for optimization.
§ Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
4. Project Management and Support
. Act as the lead analyst on IT projects, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
. Coordinate and oversee the execution of project tasks, including requirements validation, testing, and user training.
. Support project managers with resource planning, risk management, and status reporting.
5. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
. Facilitate communication across departments, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project objectives and timelines.
. Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting
. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and validate project success.
. Develop reports, metrics to monitor performance and track outcomes.
. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
7. Quality Assurance and Testing Support
§ Define and validate acceptance criteria for IT solutions.
§ Oversee and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
§ Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
8. Mentorship and Professional Development
. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and project team members.
. Share best practices and support team members in developing their skills.
. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and processes within the organization.
9. Change Management and User Training
. Support change management by helping end-users understand and adapt to new systems and processes.
. Create and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new IT solutions.
. Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Contributing Responsibilities
. Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio)
. Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
. Familiarity with Oracle databases, Understanding schema, SQL, Reconciliation tools
. Quick to learn and adapt
. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
. Good Team player
. Someone who could have long-term commitment with the team and organization
Specific Qualifications:
. At least 7 to 10 years experienced IT Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
. Experience in Banking Financial domain, covering Reconciliation domain
. Experience working on Reconciliation tools
. A proven experience in multi-expertise team management in an international environment,
. An experience in an Onshore/Offshore would be a key factor,
. A very good English level is mandatory,
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business or a related field; Master's degree or certifications such as CSPO, PMP, AWS, are a plus.

. Knowledge of Reconciliation, types of reconciliation, basic reconciliation reports and various applied for reconciliation setup etc
. Working knowledge of reconciliation tools like IntelliMatch, Duco, Gresham, TLM
