Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to support and grow field sales operations across Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong dental partnerships, and ensuring effective field execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage field sales activities across assigned locations
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Build relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and practitioners
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Track sales activities, follow-ups, and customer conversions
Analyse market trends and competitor activities
Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve concerns
Represent the company at industry events and activations
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Field sales and relationship management capability
Target-oriented and execution-focused mindset
Basic sales reporting and coordination knowledge
Ability to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
