Job Summary
Sunil Construction Co. is looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise day-to-day construction activities, manage site manpower, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and complete projects within scheduled timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and labour teams.
- Allocate work and monitor productivity.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize rework.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage.
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
- Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience as a Foreman in residential, commercial, or industrial construction.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing, masonry, shuttering, reinforcement, and safety practices.
- Ability to read construction drawings and lead site teams.
