Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to company hubs and monitor overall operational activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all assigned hubs as per company SOP and operational guidelines.
- Take responsibility for stock management, stock accuracy, and inventory control at hub level.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement and verify stock reconciliation reports.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and identify stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Hub In-charges, Warehouse teams, Sales teams, and Management for operational efficiency.
- Manage vehicle operations, including vehicle allocation, route planning, delivery schedules, and utilization.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and transportation-related expenses.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products from hubs to customers/locations.
- Coordinate with drivers and delivery teams to resolve daily operational issues.
- Track vehicle performance, delivery status, and route efficiency.
- Support hub audits and implement corrective actions for operational gaps.
- Ensure proper documentation of stock movement, vehicle records, and operational reports.
- Monitor product handling practices to avoid damages and losses.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to stock, vehicle movement, and hub performance.
- Identify operational challenges and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, attendance rules, leave policies, and reporting procedures.
- Support expansion and improvement of hub operations across locations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
