Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to manage marketing activities, brand promotions, customer engagement initiatives, and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the growth of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Coordinate and manage promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and brand campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and external partners.
- Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and customer engagement activities.
- Manage customer databases and maintain marketing records.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements for better customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare marketing reports and analyse campaign performance.
- Identify new opportunities for brand promotion and customer outreach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Promotion, or Customer Engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and relationship management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reports and data management.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium brands will be preferred.
