Job Title: Logistics Software Support Senior Specialist (CargoWise / TMS Support)
Role Summary:
Provide technical support and guidance to clients using CargoWise and related logistics platforms. Help users configure document templates, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize workflows within the software.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries related to CargoWise configuration (DocBuilder, document templates, workflow setup)
Research and verify solution steps before communicating to clients
Write clear, accurate how-to guides and support documentation
Escalate unresolved issues to CargoWise specialists or vendor support when needed
Stay current on CargoWise updates, modules, and feature changes
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with Cargo Wise (DocBuilder, Forwarding, Warehouse modules preferred)
Background in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Comfortable working with software version differences and ambiguous technical
information
Customer-facing communication skills — able to explain technical steps clearly and manage uncertainty professionally
Nice to Have
Experience with logistics workflow automation
Familiarity with XML data fields or document configuration in TMS platforms
CargoWise certification or formal training
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
