To elevate our dining operations, we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and dedicated Restaurant Captain to lead our floor team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Floor Management: Oversee daily restaurant floor operations to ensure smooth service and maximum guest satisfaction.
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly, assist them with seating, present the menu, and take orders efficiently.
- Menu Expertise: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to assist guests with recommendations and upselling.
- Team Leadership: Guide, supervise, and motivate the service staff (waiters and stewards) to maintain high service standards.
- Complaint Handling: Promptly and professionally resolve guest complaints or feedback with a positive attitude.
- Operations & Discipline: Coordinate with the kitchen team, verify guest billing, and strictly maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline on the floor.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter in a reputed restaurant.
- Language & Communication: Excellent communication skills. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory, along with a basic working knowledge of English.
- Key Attributes: Punctual, well-groomed, pleasant personality, and strong leadership/problem-solving skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work smoothly under pressure and manage a team effectively.

Pay: ₹9,950.68 - ₹27,097.04 per month
