Job Summary
The Cashier is responsible for providing a welcoming customer experience by accurately processing sales transactions, maintaining cash and billing records, and supporting day-to-day store operations. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude while upholding Oasis Baklawa's premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments accurately.
- Generate invoices and issue receipts for every transaction.
- Maintain the cash drawer and ensure accurate opening and closing cash balances.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, offers, and gift packaging options.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer flow during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
- Ensure products are correctly billed and promotional discounts are applied accurately.
- Replenish shopping bags, packaging materials, and billing supplies when required.
- Follow company SOPs related to cash handling, security, hygiene, and food safety.
- Prepare daily sales and cash reconciliation reports for the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a cashier or retail sales associate.
- Experience in a bakery, confectionery, café, or premium retail store is an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
