Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and support the sales and service teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling customer documentation.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, and feedback.
· Maintain accurate customer records and databases using Microsoft Excel.
· Prepare customer correspondence, reports, and documents using Microsoft Word.
· Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams to ensure smooth customer service.
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly customer activity reports.
· Track customer interactions and maintain updated records.
· Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
· Assist in achieving customer service and business goals.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relationship management, or a similar role. (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.)
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, formulas, and reporting).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word (document preparation and formatting).
· Basic knowledge of email communication and internet applications.
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
· Customer relationship management.
· Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
· Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
· Knowledge of CRM or ERP software is an added advantage.
