Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
Learn and understand company products/services to confidently explain features and benefits to prospects.
Track daily activities and share progress updates with the reporting manager.
Stay updated on basic market trends and competitor offerings.
Fresher or up to 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer interaction roles.
Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Willingness to learn and adapt to sales tools, CRM software, and reporting systems.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong interest in sales, client handling, and business growth.
Ability to work in a team and follow guidance from senior members.
