About the role You'll drive how Catalyst finds and reaches potential clients. You'll build target lists, run outreach, manage the pipeline, and create content — using AI tools to do it faster and smarter than a traditional marketer. If you love both growth and AI, this is where they meet.
What you'll do
- Research and build targeted lists of potential client companies and decision-makers
- Use AI tools to draft and personalize outreach (email and LinkedIn) at scale — with quality control
- Maintain the sales pipeline: track every contact, stage, and follow-up so nothing slips
- Create marketing content (LinkedIn/Instagram posts, simple visuals) using AI tools
- Run and refine follow-up sequences and report on what's working
What we're looking for (must-have)
- Hands-on with AI tools and excited to use them for real growth and marketing work
- Strong written communication in English — clear, professional, persuasive
- Organized and reliable — you can own a pipeline and follow through without being chased
- Self-driven and comfortable with outreach and rejection as part of the game
Nice to have
- Experience with AI writing/marketing tools, CRM or sheets-based tracking, or social media content
- Any prior sales, growth, marketing, or community-building experience
- Interest in the AI/startup space
