Job Title: Android Developer (2+ Years’ Experience)
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Android Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and reliable Android applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with external data sources and APIs (RESTful, JSON).
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Technical Qualifications
Primary Skill: Strong proficiency in Core Java and the Android SDK.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
- Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and JSON parsing.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Working knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Good understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Education: B. Tech in Computer Science (or related engineering discipline).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Android app development.
