This is a full-time, on-site Internship role for HR Talent Acquisition remote role. The HR will engage in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process. They will collaborate with the talent acquisition team on employer branding initiatives and build strong talent pipelines to meet the organization's and clients' workforce needs.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Sourcing
- Skills in Hiring and Employer Branding initiatives
- Proficient in Interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques
- Understanding of Recruiting strategies and candidate engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
