*About the Role:*
We are looking for an experienced *Senior Accountant* who has hands-on experience in *Construction and Interior Design accounting*. You will manage complete finance operations, project costing, and statutory compliance.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Construction Project Accounting*
- Manage project-wise costing, budgeting & profitability
- Track material purchase, labor cost, subcontractor bills, site expenses
- Prepare BOQ costing, Work-in-Progress [WIP] & project financial reports
2. Accounts & Finance Management*
- Finalization of accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Cash flow management, fund planning for projects
- Bank reconciliation, loan statements, and ledger scrutiny
3. GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance*
- GST filing, TDS deduction & filing, EPF/ESI handling
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
4. Billing & Vendor Management*
- Client billing, progress billing, retention handling
- Vendor bills verification, advance & settlement tracking
- Quotation vs Actual cost analysis
5. Software & Reporting*
- Work on Tally Prime, Excel, ERP if any
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management
- Stock & inventory accounting for materials[Advanced]
*Required Skills:*
- *Must have:* 5-8 years in Construction / Interior / Real Estate company
- Strong knowledge in *Tally Prime, GST, TDS, Finalization*
- Expertise in *Project Costing & Site Expense Management*
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Degree: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred
