Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings
Prepare working drawings, layouts, and specifications using tools like AutoCAD and Revit
Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP teams, and site engineers
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements
Assist in project planning, timelines, and execution strategies
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues
Review drawings and ensure accuracy before project execution
Support senior architects in design development and client presentations
Maintain proper documentation and project records
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution
Experience working on residential/commercial projects preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Working knowledge of Revit / SketchUp
Familiarity with rendering tools such as Lumion, V-Ray, or 3ds Max
Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
