We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to work as a Kitchen In-charge and All-Rounder, supporting the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality across multiple cuisines.

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in professional restaurant or hotel kitchen operations
- Reporting To: Executive Chef / Head Chef
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹.35,000 – ₹.50,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Take responsibility as the Kitchen In-charge during operations
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and cooking activities
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
- Manage kitchen workflow during busy service hours
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor food preparation, portion control, and minimize wastage
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with the purchase team for stock requirements
- Be an all-rounder capable of handling multiple kitchen sections as required
Required Cuisine Expertise
Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in:
- ✔ Chinese Cuisine
- ✔ Indian Cuisine
- ✔ Tandoor / Grill
- ✔ Continental Cuisine
- ✔ Basic knowledge of Pan-Asian Cuisine
Required Skills
- ✔ Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- ✔ Ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment
- ✔ Knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations and menu planning
- ✔ Excellent team coordination and staff training skills
- ✔ Passion for food quality, consistency, and innovation
- ✔ Tamil language proficiency is mandatory
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
