Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Cameraman/Videographer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our media production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content for digital media, advertisements, corporate films, interviews, events, and promotional campaigns. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in camera operations, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate professional video cameras, lenses, gimbals, and related production equipment.
- Capture high-quality footage for advertisements, interviews, corporate videos, events, and digital content.
- Set up and manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment during shoots.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, focus, and exposure to achieve desired visual outcomes.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, editors, and creative teams to execute production requirements.
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor shoots efficiently.
- Organize, manage, and maintain recorded footage and production equipment.
- Travel to shooting locations as required.
- Adhere to project deadlines and production schedules.
- Stay updated with the latest camera technologies, filming techniques, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Visual Media, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a Cameraman, Videographer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras, and related accessories.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, camera settings, shot composition, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of audio recording equipment and production workflows.
- Basic understanding of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in media production, advertising, broadcasting, or digital content creation.
- Knowledge of drone videography is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with multi-camera setups and live-streaming productions.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with professional video cameras (Canon, Sony, Blackmagic, etc.)
- Knowledge of lighting, sound equipment, and camera accessories (gimbals, dollies, cranes)
- Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
