Job Title: Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the front desk and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will manage front office staff, handle guest/client interactions, coordinate administrative activities, and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage front office operations and reception staff.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth office operations.
- Address customer or visitor concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor office supplies and arrange procurement when necessary.
- Prepare reports and maintain front office performance records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in front office, reception, administration, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
