About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and disciplined Business Development Associate who will be responsible for engaging with high-value leads who have attended our workshops and converting them into enrolled learners for our AI-based courses.
Our audience consists of elite professionals such as Doctors, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Engineers, and Data Analysts. Hence, the role demands strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build trust with a highly informed audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with workshop attendees via calls and follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and effectively pitch our AI-based courses
- Handle objections and guide prospects toward enrollment
- Maintain a structured follow-up system to maximize conversions
- Build rapport with highly qualified professionals
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress
- Meet and exceed conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Confidence in speaking with elite and professional audiences
- High level of discipline and consistency in daily work
- Ability to work independently during the initial remote phase
- Basic understanding or interest in AI/technology (preferred)
- Prior experience in sales/business development is a plus

Work Structure:
- Phase 1: Work From Home (1 Month – Performance Evaluation Phase)
- Phase 2: Transition to In-House Role (Based on Performance)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
