About the role
We are looking for an engaging sales executive with minimum 3 years of experience to help grow customer base across India. You will report to the sales manager & take responsibility for locating & onboarding prospective customers.
Drive growth in revenue, margin and the number of services by increasing customer satisfaction and developing strategic relationships; develop and manage the professionalism, best practices and deliverables for each member of the extended team, in order to distinguish emoticup from other partners.
Opportunity Management: Managing customer relationship based upon direction
and opportunity of new products. Help to negotiate the best possible discount and deal deliverables to enhance our margins.
Deal Closure: Be a go-getter. Offer solutions than selling products.
Pipeline Management: Weekly Updates and management of the planned tasks with proper preparations and executions to ensure the efforts are fruitful. You should be able to deliver error-free reports on deadline
Contract Renewal Pursuits: Manage timely contract renewals working with the
BDM team. Keen awareness of service impacts and SLA norms.
Responsibilities
· Generating new sales opportunities through innovative ideas, cold calling and networking
· Contacting prospective customers who have sent enquiries, and converting them.
· Conducting demo for prospective customers and suggesting suitable packages options
· Establishing relationships with local businesses with the aim of promoting our corporate vending offerings
· Work towards the target and ensure it’s always met and gain incentives.
· Organising open day events where customers of the corporates can tour the offerings & experience products.
· Preparing regular reports for the sales manager summarising progress against KPIs. Occasional Travel required across PAN India
Candidate requirements
· Proven 3 years of experience in a customer facing role – preferably sales aligned and relevant qualification / Any degree / PG /MBA etc.
· Self-starter who can work with little supervision
· Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs
· Interest in the Food & Beverages industry
· Driver’s licence and access to own transport beneficial
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
