Looking for an experienced ASDM to drive offshore delivery, governance, client engagement, and P&L for healthcare/lifesciences programs. The role will work closely with onsite teams to ensure delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Own offshore delivery governance across multiple programs
- Act as SPOC for delivery and align with onsite stakeholders
- Manage client communication and support MBRs/QBRs
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure quality, process adherence, and cost optimization
- Lead team performance, capability building, and resource planning
- Manage P&L, support renewals, and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- 1820 years in delivery/program management
- Experience in Healthcare/Lifesciences (Payer preferred)
- Strong in stakeholder management, governance, and P&L
- Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery models
- Agile/Waterfall experience
