We are hiring Retail Sales Staff for our Jewellery Brand Stores located in premium malls.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product display and store cleanliness.
- Handle billing and coordinate with the operations team when required.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Manage stock movement and coordinate for replenishment.
- Support during exhibitions, promotions, and store events.
- Maintain proper product knowledge and updated pricing information.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
