Back ground : · Mechanical Engineering
Educational Essential Desirable : Diploma
Experience : 4 – 7 years.
- Nature of experience: Performing tests as per WVSCOP regulation / Vehicle COP testing / Part COP regulation
- Knowledge on Automotive Regulations and Standards:
AIS-017, AIS-037, AIS-008, AIS-019, IS-3028, IS-9211, IS-9435 etc.
- Knowledge about testing instruments and processes.
- Holding valid Driving License with on road driving experience of minimum 2 years.
- Experience of lab management.
- Knowledge about ISO-9001/14001 / ISO 45001 requirements "
Job Role & Responsibility:
"• Conducting Internal COP tests as per requirement.
- Preparation of Test plan and monitoring
- Test reports preparation/ documentation / approvals
- Compliance ensuring for meeting internal/ external Audit requirements.
- Equipments / facilities/ infrastructure up-gradation, maintenance, calibration, AMC as per plan
- Root cause analysis and improvements for defects observed"
Competency Requirements:

- Experience in working in COP.
- Knowledge about company rules / MIS/ SIS etc
- Analysis of Defects with production and design team
- Knowledge of facilities and equipments used in COP lab.
- Knowledge of Regulations related to Vehicle COP.
- Equipment procurement & technical requirements identification
- Facilities upgrade as per upcoming regulations.
- Knowledge of Statistical techniques-SPC/ MSA/ Data analysis/ Power BI
