Position: EHS Process & Digitalization Consultant
Location: Mumbai Central
Experience Required: Minimum 4-5 years (with prior experience as EHS Manager / EHS Professional)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will leverage their domain expertise to drive consultative selling of our EHS software solutions, understand client challenges, and deliver tailored demonstrations aligned with industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their EHS processes, challenges, and digital maturity
- Map client requirements to our EHS software solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations based on industry-specific use cases
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) during client discussions, showcasing practical applicability of digital EHS tools
- Support the sales team in proposal development, solution positioning, and client presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and digital transformation in EHS Collaborate with internal teams (technical, implementation) to ensure accurate solution alignment Software Solutions, Product Demo.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience working as an EHS Manager / EHS Officer / Safety Professional
- Strong understanding of EHS processes across industries (Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas preferred)
- Familiarity with EHS digital tools / software platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (this is critical)
- Ability to translate operational EHS challenges into digital solutions
- Client-facing mindset with consultative approach
- Willingness to travel (if required)
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Permit to Work systems, Incident Management, Audits & Inspections modules
- Basic understanding of SaaS or enterprise software sales
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
