The Senior Manager-E Commerce at Piramal Pharma Limited will lead and execute the company's e-commerce strategy, driving online sales growth and enhancing the digital customer experience for our pharmaceutical products.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth for Piramal Pharma's product portfolio.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of all e-commerce platforms, including website content, product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Analyze e-commerce performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and sales to e-commerce channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and compliance.
- Identify and evaluate new e-commerce technologies, platforms, and partnerships to enhance the online customer journey and expand market reach.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a high-performance and results-oriented environment.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce management
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies that drive significant sales growth.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- In-depth knowledge of online sales funnels, customer acquisition strategies, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements for online sales is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
