Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers from provided data and digital leads.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and location advantages to clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer database in CRM / Excel.
- Follow up with interested customers for site visits and bookings.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and Site Heads for customer appointments.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates.
