About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product Strategy team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and help deliver scalable software solutions across FinTech and Real Estate technology platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with SaaS products, and the ability to convert business requirements into clear functional documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Define feature requirements, business rules, workflows, validations, and acceptance criteria.
- Map user journeys and business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release validation.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend product enhancements.
- Support the development of dashboards, workflow automation, and business reporting solutions.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify product improvement opportunities.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, FinTech, Real Estate Technology, or a related domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience translating business requirements into product features.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to financial workflows, lending, asset management, payments, CRM platforms, or real estate operations.
- Understanding of SaaS products and platform-based applications.
- Experience with analytics dashboards and process automation projects.
