Gold Coins Club & Resort, a premium 25-year-old heritage property spread across a lush 10-acre estate in Electronic City Phase II, Bengaluru, is seeking a driven and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to develop and manage corporate, institutional, and bulk business partnerships. The role focuses on generating revenue through corporate bookings, events, team outings, and long-term tie-ups.

To drive business growth by acquiring and managing B2B clients, increasing corporate bookings, events, and long-term partnerships, and positioning the resort as a preferred destination for organizations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and approach corporate clients, IT companies, startups, institutions, and agencies.
- Generate leads for team outings, conferences, training programs, and events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits for clients.
- Develop long-term relationships with HR teams, admin departments, and decision-makers.
- Ensure repeat business through consistent follow-ups.
Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive bookings for rooms, banquets, activities, and packages.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
Market Expansion
- Explore new B2B segments (corporates, schools, colleges, event planners).
- Build partnerships with travel agents and event management companies.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends.
Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with operations, F&B, and activities team for smooth event execution.
- Ensure all client requirements are clearly communicated internally.
- Follow up post-event for feedback and future opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate preferred (Marketing / Business / Hospitality background).
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate sales / hospitality sales.
- Strong network in corporate sector (especially Electronic City / Bengaluru).
- Excellent communication skills:
- English (mandatory)
- Kannada (mandatory)
- Additional South Indian languages preferred (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly.
