Junior #Architect ( B-Arch mandatory )

At Inches N Feet, we bridge boutique design with large-scale execution. Founded by NIT Bhopal alumni, our portfolio spans Facebook Datacenters, Google Pacific Shore, Tesla Gigafactories, and major Tata projects. You'll be delivering for US, UK, and Middle East clients from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
– Collaborate with founders and senior architects on design concepts, drawings, and presentations
– Assist in preparing construction documents — plans, sections, and elevations
– Contribute to design proposals for international and domestic projects
– Support project coordination, scheduling, and team meetings
– Research materials, building codes, and design references
– Maintain organised project files and documentation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B-Arch or M- Arch)
– Freshers welcome — no prior experience required
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, #Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
– Good working knowledge of Revit is important — a basic Revit tool test will be part of the selection process
– Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations
– Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines
– A team player with strong communication skills
SELECTION PROCESS
– Round 1: Telephonic HR round
– Round 2: Co-founder round
– Basic Revit tool test
COMPENSATION
CTC: Best in the Industry
Probation : 3 months
Note: EPF/PF is not applicable at this stage as the team size is below the statutory threshold. Full salary is paid in-hand.
OFFICE HOURS
Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Monday to Friday ( sat&sun fixed off)
