We are seeking a dedicated Strata Administration & Accounting Assistant to support our Strata Management team in Australia. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing accounting support, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle administrative tasks, including managing client emails, maintaining records, and processing documents.
· Assist Strata Managers in preparing and sending invoices, receipts, and financial statements.
· Maintain and update accounting records using Xero, Strata Master, and other software.
· Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy.
· Respond to client queries and provide administrative support for strata operations.
· Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance as per Australian standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years in accounting, administration, or strata management (experience in a BPO or KPO is a plus).
- Knowledge of Australian strata legislation, regulations, and best practices (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Xero, Strata Master, and other relevant software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.08 - ₹33,143.32 per month
