Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective drivers for onboarding.
* Explain company policies, earnings structure, and benefits.
* Generate and convert leads into successful driver registrations.
* Guide drivers through the complete onboarding and documentation process.
* Coordinate with the field team for vehicle verification and activation.
* Maintain daily calling records and onboarding data.
* Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers for long-term engagement.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
