Role Overview:
We're hiring on behalf of a leading Indian Web3 & crypto media brand running one of India's fastest-growing crypto & Web3 podcasts. The host is one of the most credible voices in Indian crypto, with conversations that have featured billionaires, founders and global crypto leaders.
We're looking for a Podcast Manager to run the end-to-end operations of the show. You'll own the entire podcast pipeline, from Guest Outreach to Recording and Editing to Publishing and Distribution. Your job is to make sure the podcast runs consistently, professionally and without delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the podcast schedule and recording calendar
- Research and shortlist relevant Web3 guests
- Handle guest outreach and coordination end-to-end
- Identify viral clip moments and work with editors
- Ensure consistent publishing and distribution across platforms
Must Have
- 2+ years experience in podcast / media management
- Strong understanding of Web3
- Excellent communication and organization
- Sharp instinct for engaging topics and viral moments
