About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest payments, billing transactions, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Generate bills, invoices, and receipts.
- Maintain daily cash records and reconcile cash balances.
- Assist guests with billing inquiries and payment-related concerns.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Restaurant, and Accounts teams.
- Follow Hospitality policies and financial procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary/Diploma/Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
