A Gold Loan Sales Executive drives the acquisition of new customers and manages existing client relationships for gold-backed financial products. They are responsible for achieving branch disbursement targets, marketing loan schemes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining long-term relationships for loan.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Source New-to-Bank (NTB) customers through cold calling, field visits, open market marketing, and community referrals. [1, 2, 3]
- Lead Generation: Maintain a daily sales report (DSR) by meeting prospective clients and logging leads into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Lead Management System. [1]
- Product Explanation: Educate clients on gold valuation, scheme details, interest rates, and repayment tenures. [1, 2]
- Documentation & Onboarding: Assist customers with KYC verification, loan processing, and the safe handling/storage of pledged gold. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Collections & Renewals: Follow up with customers for timely interest payments, soft recoveries, and loan renewals to minimize delinquency rates. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Qualifications
- Education: 10th, 12th, Diploma, Any Degree
- Experience: 0–2 years in direct sales, preferably in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
- Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of regional markets, customer behavior, and competitor offerings
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
