1. Client Service & Team Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs for our internal design and content teams.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate between clients and the team to ensure deliverables are met on time.
2. Inbound Sales & Lead Nurturing
- Handle incoming inquiries, calling prospects, qualify leads, and walk potential clients through our service offerings.
- Maintain a robust follow-up system for prospective clients who have shown interest.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
3. Content Understanding & Design
- Review content calendars and copy to ensure they align with the clients brand voice before presentation.
- Tweak social media graphics, templates, and basic presentations using Canva.
- Understand the fundamentals of digital content (copy, design layout, and video hooks) to provide constructive feedback to the team.
4. Social Media Engagement & Strategy
- Implement organic engagement strategies on client and agency social channels (replying to comments, networking in DMs, community building).
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and engagement tactics to suggest proactive ideas to clients.
Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹225,000.00 per year
