Job Summary
VCAN Education & Immigration is looking for a creative, energetic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to manage our online and offline marketing activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating student enquiries, managing promotional campaigns and improving the company’s brand presence.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in digital marketing and the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate quality student leads.
- Plan and manage campaigns for overseas education, student visas, visitor visas and English language coaching.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Coordinate the creation of social media posts, reels, videos, advertisements and promotional content.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates and marketing expenses.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Organise seminars, education fairs, workshops, promotional events and college visits.
- Coordinate with counsellors, designers, video editors, vendors and external marketing agencies.
- Develop promotional messages, brochures, presentations and campaign materials.
- Maintain consistent branding across all online and offline platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Support business development activities and assist in achieving admission and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads and Instagram promotions.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, email marketing and WhatsApp marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and strong content-planning abilities.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and marketing data.
- Good leadership, coordination and team-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic-design tools will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Experience in the education, immigration, travel or service industry will be preferred.
