Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager – Team Lead to plan, execute, and supervise audit assignments across multiple locations. The role includes team leadership, training, client coordination, and ensuring compliance with statutory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit assignments and manage team execution
- Plan schedules and allocate tasks
- Review work and ensure compliance
- Train and guide junior team members
- Coordinate with clients and manage communication
- Prepare audit reports and maintain documentation
- Travel across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, and Gujarat
Qualification & Experience
- B.Com / CA-Inter / Articleship / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in audit or a CA firm
- Team-handling experience is an advantage
Skills Required
- Auditing, accounting, and taxation knowledge
- Leadership and team-management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
