About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven, operationally sharp Key Account Manager to own the end-to-end performance, operations, and P&L of our marketplace channels. You will bridge the gap between inventory control, marketing strategy, and financial reconciliation, leading a cross-functional team to drive efficient revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Fulfillment: Plan overall inventory levels and manage timely FBA/marketplace stock replenishment to maximize fill rates and prevent stockouts.
- Liquidation & Promotions: Actively track slow-moving models. Plan and execute liquidation strategies using promotional architecture like deal pricing, coupons, and BOGO offers.
- P&L & Reconciliations: Take complete ownership of the channel P&L. Create automated MIS reports, track returns, and perform deep marketplace payment/leakage reconciliations.
- Launches & Advertising: Plan and execute the end-to-end launch of new SKUs, optimize cataloging health, and supervise ad spend performance to drive visibility.
- Team Governance: Direct and manage a cross-functional internal team (Designers, Ads, Ops) to drive daily operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in managing e-commerce marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart) and operations.
- Excel Power-User: Advanced data skills (Pivots, LOOKUPS, formulas) to build lean, action-oriented dashboards.
- Commercial Mindset: Ability to balance aggressive top-line growth with an airtight understanding of bottom-line margins and leakages.
- Execution-First Attitude: Comfortable leading a small team while being ready to dive directly into panel data and software workflows when needed.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
