Job Description: Buyer (Entry-Level)

Job Summary
The Buyer is responsible for supporting procurement activities by sourcing, purchasing, and tracking materials required for business operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals, offering hands-on experience in supplier coordination, purchasing processes, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance
- Create and manage purchase orders in line with demand plans and inventory needs
- Coordinate with suppliers to track order status and ensure on-time delivery
- Support negotiation of pricing and terms under guidance from senior team members
- Work closely with planning, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels
- Help resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, shortages, and quality concerns
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier data, and documentation
- Follow procurement policies and ensure compliance with company standards
- Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related roles
- Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to ERP systems (such as SAP) is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
