Job Description
- Design and build playable prototypes focusing on core gameplay loops, mechanics, and systems to validate "fun" early in the process.

Support rapid development cycles from initial build to final decision-making, ensuring that prototypes are delivered on time for evaluation.

Prepare, debug, and optimize prototypes built for internal and external testing

Collaborate closely with Game Designers to refine "game feel" through rapid code adjustments and variable tuning based on playtest feedback.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience with Unity (C#) or Roblox Studio

Ability to build and iterate gameplay prototypes quickly.

Familiarity with implementing First-Time User Experiences (FTUE), functional UI systems, and simple instrumentation to track player behavior

Strong debugging skills and a disciplined approach to project scope, ensuring features are polished enough for testing without over-engineering.

Comfortable operating in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment where project goals may shift rapidly based on playtest data and iteration results
