About the Role
We're looking for a people-first Community Intern to grow and manage the Amber Community for students preparing for their big move. You'll be the voice of amber inside the community keeping students engaged, informed, and excited throughout their pre-move journey.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day activity across the Amber Community responding to queries, sparking conversations, and keeping the vibe warm and welcoming.
- Onboard new members and make sure they feel connected from day one.
- Plan and run weekly engagement initiatives: polls, AMAs, tips, and discussions.
- Track engagement metrics (active members, response rates, click-throughs) and share weekly reports.
Who We're Looking For
- Solid social media knowledge across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Strong ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- Open to learning new tools, platforms, and ways of working.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple conversations at once.
- Comfortable with basic reporting tools.
- Familiar with MS Excel or willing to pick it up quickly.
