● Translate briefs into creative, on-brand design concepts for digital and offline campaigns.
● Design social media posts, ad creatives, landing page assets, banners, email templates, posters, brochures, and OOH layouts.
● Create polished visual presentations and client-ready mockups.
● Produce short motion graphics / GIFs for use on social & programmatic ads (basic animation in After Effects / Premiere).
● Work closely with copywriters, strategists, developers, and account teams to execute campaigns end-to-end.
● Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers when required.
● Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple client accounts.
● Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while ensuring high visual standards.
● Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate while retaining the core creative idea.
Must-have skills
● Strong portfolio showing marketing and advertising work (social campaigns, ads, brand assets).
● Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Comfortable creating simple motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere) and exporting for web.
● Experience with Figma / Sketch for UI/social templates and collaboration.
● Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
● Familiarity with Indian cultural moments, festivals, and consumer behaviours is a plus.
● Ability to present and defend design decisions to internal teams and clients.
● Strong time-management, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
● Good communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages (Hindi / regional) is a plus.
● Experience with UX/UI basics or designing landing page visuals.
● Motion design or short-form video editing skills for Reels/Shorts.
● Experience working in an agency environment and handling multiple clients.
● Knowledge of print production, file specs, and pre-press.
