About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist to support individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, sleep difficulties, emotional regulation, and behaviour change.
You will work closely with physicians and nutritionists to provide integrated care that addresses both the biological and psychological factors affecting performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments
- Deliver one-on-one counselling sessions
- Support patients with:
- Stress management
- Anxiety
- Burnout
- Emotional regulation
- Behaviour change
- Sleep-related concerns
- Help patients build sustainable habits that improve long-term health
- Collaborate with physicians on multidisciplinary care plans
- Maintain confidential clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical case discussions
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology
- RCI registration (preferred for Clinical Psychologists)
- 2-5 years of counselling experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with working professionals and high-performing individuals
- Comfortable delivering counselling both in-person and online

- CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy)
- ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
- Mindfulness-based interventions
- Behavioural coaching
- Sleep counselling
- Burnout management
- Executive coaching (preferred but not mandatory)
