Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily refining operations for lead and alloy production.
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Manage and guide shop-floor workers and labor teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
- Maintain production records and prepare reports.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize process losses.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in lead refining, alloy manufacturing, or related metal processing industries.
- Basic knowledge of refining processes and quality control.
- Ability to handle manpower and supervise production activities.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate candidates preferred.
