The Manager – Holidays & Packages oversees the planning, sales, and execution of customized holiday packages and group travel bookings. This role involves team management, vendor coordination, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage customized holiday packages
- Handle group bookings (leisure, corporate, educational)
- Negotiate rates with hotels, airlines, and vendors
- Lead and manage the holidays team
- Ensure cost control, profitability, and service quality
- Handle escalations and high-value clients
- Develop new holiday products and destinations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in holidays and travel operations
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Experience handling group tours and customized itineraries
- Leadership and team management skills

- Proven record in holiday sales and operations
- Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
We are looking for an individual who can join us at our Vadodara office. The position is strictly work from office and requires flexibility to work in the following shifts:
Late Day Shift: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
