About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Executive to manage relationships with government clients and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients and stakeholders.
- Manage client communication and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed as per agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for clients and management.
- Handle project documentation, contracts, approvals, and official correspondence.
- Support tender submissions, proposal preparation, and compliance documentation.
- Resolve client concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with government policies and project guidelines.

Preferred Experience:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
