Job Title: Senior Manual QA Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in software testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables through detailed manual testing, defect tracking, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and prepare test strategy
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Identify, log, and track defects to closure
- Coordinate with development team for issue resolution
- Conduct smoke testing before releases
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings
- Mentor junior QA team members (if required)
- Ensure test coverage and quality standards
- Prepare test summary reports and QA documentation
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in Manual Testing
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC
- Experience in writing detailed test cases and scenarios
- Hands-on experience in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Experience in regression and integration testing
- Good understanding of Agile methodology
- Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman or similar tools)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Exposure to Automation Testing (Selenium – good to have)
- Experience in web and mobile application testing
- Experience in test management tools
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
- Testing certification (ISTQB or equivalent) preferred

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
