Project Northern BPCL Housekeeping Project.
- Coordinate and maintain regular communication with BPCL Retail Outlet (Pump) Officers regarding housekeeping operations and site requirements.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with site officers and BPCL representatives.
- Communicate and coordinate with Supervisors for manpower deployment, attendance, performance, and issue resolution.
- Ensure daily coordination with Housekeeping staff for smooth execution of housekeeping activities.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and replacement arrangements at all sites.
- Ensure timely availability of consumables, tools, and uniforms at Retail Outlets.
- Conduct regular visits to BPCL locations and review housekeeping quality standards.
- Resolve operational issues raised by BPCL officers, supervisors, or housekeeping staff.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with BPCL guidelines, safety requirements, and company policies.
- Support manpower mobilization, training, and discipline across the Northern Region.
- Maintain proper coordination between clients, supervisors, and the back-office team to ensure uninterrupted services.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
