We provide AC Repair, Maintenance, Installation, AMC, VRV/VRF Services, Chiller & Cooling Tower Maintenance, and Commercial HVAC Solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager who can drive business growth, generate new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and lead the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Identify potential customers including offices, factories, hospitals, schools, hotels, retail stores, builders, and facility management companies.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Management
- Meet prospective clients and understand their HVAC and air conditioning requirements.
- Present Air-o-Service solutions professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Generate sales for AC installations, repairs, replacement projects, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC projects.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects.
Proposal & Quotation Management
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on submitted proposals.
- Maintain records of all quotations and project discussions.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with service engineers and operations teams.
- Coordinate project requirements between customers and internal departments.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Update daily sales activities and lead status.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track conversions, revenue, and sales performance metrics.
Market Research
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities in the HVAC industry.
- Suggest strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
Experience Required
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Preference will be given to candidates from HVAC, Air Conditioning, Facility Management, MEP, Engineering Services, Industrial Equipment, or Technical Services industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate and close leads independently.
- Good presentation and client handling skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC and air conditioning industry is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
