Prepare and paint industrial gearboxes using spray guns to ensure high-quality finishing and rust protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Prep: Clean gearbox surfaces, removing oil, rust, and dust using thinners or sanders.
- Masking: Cover areas like shafts, oil seals, and nameplates that should not be painted.
- Painting: Mix paint, hardener, and thinner in correct ratios. Apply primer and final coats (Epoxy/PU) using a spray gun.
- Maintenance: Clean and maintain spray guns, tanks, and painting equipment daily.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial or machinery painting.
- Skilled in operating air/airless spray guns.
- Knowledge of paint mixing ratios and safety protocols (PPE).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
